Where teams stay for the 2027 USSSA Southern Nationals in Texas and Oklahoma.

This is not a stay-to-play event

Your team books wherever it wants. There is no required hotel, no room-block minimum, and no penalty for staying with family, renting a house, or driving in each day.

Plenty of national championships require you to book through their housing company to be eligible to play. We do not. If you find a better rate somewhere else, take it.

Texas · July 7-11, 2027

Games run across Plano, Frisco and McKinney, with Heritage Yards in Plano as the main complex. Most teams stay along the Dallas North Tollway or US-75 corridor in Plano, Frisco or Allen, which keeps every park inside about 20 minutes. DFW and Dallas Love Field are both roughly 30-45 minutes out.

Oklahoma · July 23-25, 2027

All games are at FireLake Ballfields in Shawnee. Teams generally stay in Shawnee itself or on the east side of the Oklahoma City metro along I-40. Will Rogers airport in OKC is about 45 minutes west.

What to know before you book

Book early. July is peak travel-ball season in both markets and blocks fill.
Check the refund window. Our 100% entry refund deadlines fall earlier than most hotel cancellation windows - the dates are on each event page.
Texas teams play across three cities. Pick a hotel between the parks rather than next to one of them.
Ask for the team rate. Even outside our block, most properties near the complexes have one in July.
