This site is published by DFW Fast-Pitch Inc. to provide information about the USSSA Southern Nationals. Entering a team, paying entry fees and managing rosters all happen on USSSA - not on this site. Buying gate passes happens through our ticketing provider. Those companies’ own terms apply to those transactions.
Dates, parks, field assignments, formats, fees, gate prices and schedules posted here are accurate when published and are subject to change. Weather, field availability, division size and city decisions all move things. During event week, the USSSA app is the authoritative source for schedules, field assignments and scores - it updates before this site does.
Play is governed by USSSA Fastpitch rules together with the tournament rules published on this site’s Rules and Format pages. Where a question is not covered there, the decision of the tournament director is final. Age eligibility is determined by USSSA.
Refund deadlines are listed on each event page. A team that withdraws by the posted deadline receives a full refund of its entry fee; after that deadline entry fees are non-refundable. Gate passes are sold under the ticketing provider’s terms. Events are held rain or shine where fields allow; weather-shortened games are handled under the weather rules on the Rules and Format page for that event.
Coaches, players and spectators are expected to follow USSSA conduct rules and each park’s posted rules. Park rules are set by the host city or facility, not by DFW Fastpitch, and we enforce them as required by our agreements with those venues. Ejection or removal from a facility does not entitle anyone to a refund.
We link to USSSA, our ticketing provider, host cities, parks, hotels and partners. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their practices.
The text, layout, logos and graphics here belong to DFW Fast-Pitch Inc. or are used with permission. The USSSA name and marks belong to USSSA. You are welcome to link to these pages and to share event details with your team. Please do not republish our pages as your own.
