How DFW Fastpitch handles information on this site. Last updated September 9, 2026.
This site is an information page for the USSSA Southern Nationals. It has no accounts, no logins, no shopping cart and no contact forms. We do not ask you for personal information here and we do not sell or share information about visitors.
Nothing you type. There is no form on this site to fill in. Like every website, our host records standard technical request logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of request) for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify individuals.
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies of its own.
Several parts of running a tournament happen on other companies’ systems. When you follow a link or load a page here, these may receive information such as your IP address, and each has its own privacy policy that governs what they do with it:
If you register a team, buy a gate pass or create a USSSA account, the information you give those companies is covered by their privacy policies, not this one.
If you email info@DFWSoftball.com or call (817) 999-9440, we keep your message so we can answer it and handle your event. We use it for that purpose only.
This site is written for coaches, team managers and parents. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from children here. Player information for a tournament is submitted by a team manager or parent through USSSA, under USSSA’s rules and privacy policy.
Photographs and video are taken at Southern Nationals events and may be used by DFW Fastpitch and USSSA in schedules, recaps, social media posts and promotional material. If you would prefer a specific photo of your player not be used, email us and we will remove it.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
